Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped from our warehouse located at:

1550 S Anaheim Blvd, Suite C, Anaheim, CA 92805

Our primary carriers are USPS,  UPS and Fedex .

Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing Times:

    • Pre-made plastic signs ship the same day.

    • Custom signs, acrylic signs, and personalized items require 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday).
Depending on your region, CA orders usually takes 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during holidays or special events.

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses .

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@signoptima.com to initiate a return.

  • Custom and personalized signs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Returned items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Please allow 4–5 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

  • For exchanges, please allow 1–2 business days to receive new tracking information after we receive your item.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless there was an error on our end.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can take appropriate action.

  • Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the ship date.

  • Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days, but claims can only be filed after 45 days from the ship date.

To initiate a USPS claim, you must submit your concern in writing. Claims submitted after 90 days cannot be processed.

SignOptima is not responsible for claims submitted after the allowed timeframes by USPS or UPS.
