ADA Compliant Men's Restroom Sign – Braille II

Identify a men's restroom with this 6" x 9" ADA wall sign, with a raised men's pictogram, the International Symbol of Accessibility, raised letters and Grade 2 Braille. Restroom signs identify permanent rooms, so they need tactile text and Braille (2010 ADA Standards, Section 216.2).

Product Features:

• Size: 6" x 9"
• Text: "MEN" in 1/32" raised uppercase letters, with raised pictograms
• Braille: Grade 2, below the text
• Finish: matte, non-glare, with high-contrast graphics
• Colors: Blue, Black, Brown, Silver, White
• Mounting: high-bond double-sided tape
• Standards: built to the 2010 ADA Standards (Section 703) and CBC Chapter 11B
• SKUs: MA69U, MA69K, MA69W, MA69S, MA69Wh

Installation: Mount on the wall beside the door, on the latch side. Place the tactile text between 48" and 60" above the finished floor, with an 18" x 18" clear floor space in front of the sign, outside the door swing.

Note: In California, also add a 12" equilateral triangle symbol on the men's restroom door, or order the Men's Restroom Sign Set to get both.
