Orders are shipped from our warehouse which is located at;

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We primarily ship packages via USPS and UPS methods. The standard shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on the delivery address. Cut-off time is at 2:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next business day.Pre made plastic signs orders, process and ship the same day . Custom signs ,Acrylic signs and personalized items can take 1-3 business days depending on the quantity.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business days (Monday-Friday)
Depending on your region, domestic shipping will arrive within 1-3 days
Your tracking number will be sent to you when your order is ready to ship
Please allow extra time for shipments during special events.
Please double check all information prior to confirming your order. We aren't responsible for shipping to an incorrect location because of misspelled addresses, names, etc.
All items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, please email about the request
- Custom signs and personalized items can not be returned or exchanged
All items must be in the same condition to receive refund
Allow 4-5 business days upon arrival of your package to our location for refunds.
Allow 1-2 days from receiving your exchange item before receiving updated tracking information for your exchange that you are waiting to receive
There is a 15% restocking fee. Fees will be waived in case of defects or mistakes from our end.
If a package is lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to SignOptima so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and SignOptima assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods.
