ADA Compliant Unisex Restroom Sign – 8"x8" Braille
Identify a unisex restroom with this 8" x 8" ADA wall sign, with raised pictograms, raised letters and Grade 2 Braille. Restroom signs identify permanent rooms, so they need tactile text and Braille (2010 ADA Standards, Section 216.2).

Installation: Mount on the wall beside the door, on the latch side. Place the tactile text between 48" and 60" above the finished floor, with an 18" x 18" clear floor space in front of the sign, outside the door swing.
Note: California requires single-user restrooms to be identified as all-gender (Health & Safety Code §118600). In California, also add a 12" circle-and-triangle geometric symbol on the door.
